CRM

The CRM module extends the core system to offer a set integrated sales and marketing functions along with customer service management via a “ticketing”
system.

Purchasing

Purchase-orders for materials and/or outwork are fully automated using job data, and emailed to your supplier(s).

Stock Control

Managing both raw materials and finished goods.​ Stock is allocated at various stages. Clients may call-off finished products using the Web portal.

Shipping Integration

AccuraSHIP is used to connect directly with a range of couriers using the built-in Delivery Note procedure.

Job Costing

Job costing is used to gather real-time actual job data including times and materials used for comparison with estimated data and production of management reports.

Scheduling

Scheduling provides a full drag-an-drop visual production planning board with views for Day, week, month and gantt (timeline) per resource.

Delivery Tracing & POD

AccuraPOD uses the Detrack API to provide real-time GPS driver tracking and signature capture for “proof-of-delivery” via an app.

Multi Company

Accura multi-company enables you to run up to 99 databases from one Accura set of modules. Each database is separate having it’s won clients, supplier, transactions, document layouts & branding.

eDocBuilder®

eDocBuilder® is a plug-in for AccuraOnline which adds full web to print capabilities. Artwork templates can be edited by the client in-browser and a hi-resolution PDF files generated for download and output.
